1. General Provisions

This website is owned and operated by Create5 Collectibles Sdn Bhd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By browsing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian to use our site.

 

2. Sales of Products

  • All products shown on our website are subject to availability.
  • Product images and descriptions are for reference only. The actual product may vary in appearance, colour, or finish.
  • We do not guarantee exact matches between product images and the final product received.

 

3. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
  • Pre-orders: Require a deposit or full payment as stated on the product page. The remaining balance (plus shipping) is due when the product is ready for delivery.
  • Deposit Policy:
    • Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Deposits will be forfeited if the final payment is not made within 14 days after receiving the payment notice.
    • Order Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.

 

4. Product Pricing

  • Pre-order/Early Bird Price: Applies during the stated pre-order period.
  • Retail Price: Applies after the pre-order period closes.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: Orders will be shipped within 7 working days after receiving full payment.
  • Estimated Dates: Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change based on manufacturer production.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated based on location and weight.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

 

6. Indemnity & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Weather-related damage
    • Shipping delays
    • Loss or damage due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
    • Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges due to inaccurate shipping information.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day warranty for manufacturing defects or major damage.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Minor variations in colour or design
    • Packaging damage
    • Wear and tear caused after delivery
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at create5collectibles@gmail.com with photos of the issue within 14 days of receiving the product.
    2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to our designated location.
    3. Customers bear the cost of returning the product. We cover shipping fees for replacements only.
    4. We only provide after-sales service for purchases made directly from our website.

 

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only granted if:
    • The product is out of stock due to supplier shortage or cancellation.
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Order cancellations by the customer

    • Delays in the expected delivery date caused by the manufacturer or external circumstances beyond our control

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with immediate effect.
